This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Itqen Ltd services, including the WABA Gateway and any related APIs.
Prohibited content
You must not use the services to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or unsolicited bulk content, or to impersonate any person or entity.
Transactional messaging
The WABA Gateway is provisioned for transactional use cases such as 2FA, OTP, and order notifications. Marketing or promotional broadcasts are out of scope and may result in suspension.
Security
You must protect API credentials, rotate keys on personnel change, and report suspected compromise to contact@itqenltd.com without undue delay.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remediate.
